STORM OVER NARROW NECK  30x51cm. This was a day when I took my sister up the mountains to take some photographs. We were hoping for a beautiful day in the Blue Mountains, but instead copped quite a storm. The lesson here is that nature often throws unexpected gems into the mix and what I found was a spectacular afternoon of mood, light and a different feel to the Mountains. I loved it and this is the first of a series of landscape paintings created from that afternoon.
